Online Study Group: Making Workers – Radical Geographies of Education

The Critical Teaching and Learning Forum is hosting its second online study group. We will be reading and discussing “Making Workers: Radical Geographies of Education” by Katharyne Mitchell. Each meeting will be facilitated by a different member of the group. We’ll start with a short summary and then move onto questions the facilitator has posed. This will then lead to an open discussion. We plan on completing the book in four meetings – one for each section of the book.

The second meeting is February 26th, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We will be discussing chapters three through five. You don’t need to have read the chapters to participate.

We are using GoToWebinar, so you need to register in order to participate. Once you do, you will get an email about connecting.

Here is the registration link.
